Technician was courteous and agreed to repair a plumbing issue not on his work order. In rhr process of doing that, had to make a trip to the hardware store. That is customer service you don’t see too much any more.

They accommodated my schedule and did the work right on the spot. It takes a a few days to know if the problem is resolved - I hope so! I was told to call back if they problem persists. The Handy Dude was very polite and personable. He gave me "handy" tips to resolve other small issues I have. I throughly enjoyed the conversation. I definitely recommend using them for any plumbing or HVAC problems.
