- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rates start at $50hr for most common jobs. Larger projects can be quoted, which is based off of time estimates at the hourly rate. Materials are billed at cost plus 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we talk about the job and determine if I am the right fit. We discuss whether it is an hourly project or a quoted project. We also determine if the customer wants to provide the materials or if they want me to provide the materials. Then we establish a start date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering degree from University of Alabama Birmingham and have over 20 years experience in industrial maintenance.
