Southern Specialist, LLC is the best contractor I've worked with. Owner has 30 years in the trade, and it shows. Quality is excellent. Attention to detail is outstanding. He's a perfectionist who never cuts corners.
He handled residential remodel work, custom woodwork, and commercial construction with the same standard. The finish work is clean, and the custom wood pieces are true craftsmanship.
Communication was easy throughout. He explained the timeline up front, walked me through the vision for the project, and kept me updated. No surprises.
He manages his crew well and delivers on deadlines. Work ethic is top tier.
Highly recommend for remodels, custom wood work, or commercial builds. Five stars.
