- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest service in town, but to be fair neither are you, wait... are you? But seriously, our goal is to provide our customers with solutions to their everyday issues while being sensitive to their unique circumstances. We have a very simple REFERRAL program: If you refer us to one of your friends or family. Your next maintenance cleaning is FREE! *Recurring customers only*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great question! The process is simple really: 1. Contact us to preform a walk-through of your home 2. After speaking about your most pressing issues and cleaning problems, we will write up a simple, yet detailed checklist that our cleaning experts would follow. 3. If you agree to the scope of work needed, we will schedule a date and time with you to come and preform your cleaning service. 4. The 2-days before the appointment you will receive an email reminder and 1-day before the appointment you will receive a text reminder. 5. The day of the appointment you will be greeted by your cleaning expert at the agreed upon time, from here all you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the feeling of not having to do cleaning chores for the day! Or you know, you can do one of the million other things you have to do that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once upon a time, in a land far far away, lived a young couple destined to be home owners.
