- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing that you see posted is the base price that price could change due to additional information that we need, or if you do some add ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer visits thumbtacks to request a quote. We then evaluate the information provided and give you a tentative quote, once we receive your phone number or email we will contact you to be sure all questions has been answered where you can make a final decision to have "The Brooms and Rags Experience, because its the details for us
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The majority of or techs have experience in this field of work however, experience or not we train them the Brooms and Rags Way. Our Field manager is always continuing her education on products and how to safely and effectively use them. We also have a cleaning trainer that comes in to train each new person, and to keep us up on the latest information regarding this type of work.
