Veronica is fabulous! Great cleaning job. Attention to detail. Even helped me find a carpet cleaner that did a great job on some dirty, dirty carpet. Highly recommend Crenshaw Cleaning Service. 5+ stars

Veronica was the ultimate professional. At all times, she was responsive, courteous and patient as she worked through a remote third party to provide cleaning services for a family member in Birmingham, who is currently caring for his elderly parents. Despite the challenges of unclear and changing directives from my overwhelmed family member, Veronica responded with understanding, courtesy and competence. Her work ethic, cleaning techniques, attention to detail and customer service are extraordinary. I highly recommend her services generally. However, I believe that she is especially gifted at working with elder, infirm, and/or challenging clients. She has a sense of what they want in terms of interaction, anticipates their needs and gets to work in an efficient and effective manner, which serves to minimize unease, disruption and aggravation. I only wish that she lived in Memphis. She has a positive attitude and exudes a kindness that is rarely seen in the service industry today. It was a pleasure working with her and given the opportunity, I will retain her services again.

Ms. Veronica was wonderful! We've had so much going on in our busy lives, including a death in the family, that our house has been totally neglected lately. Ms. Veronica helped bring it back to it's nice and clean glory. :-) This is her business, but she was such a blessing to us!!
