Destiny Cleaning Services LLC is based out of Birmingham Alabama. I started this company in Summer of 2013 simply because I was tired of working for company after company that felt to me personally like they we're a cookie cutter cleaning company. The basic come in, collect money and get out in the shortest amount of time possible so we can load up on jobs each day. Cleaning for me isn't about the money, yes it's nice ha ha but it's not what I started this for! I aimed to make sure that this company went above and beyond for each and every single person we came in contact with! I now, walk out of a clients house feeling amazing because I know that I did an amazing job for THEM! We work hard for our money and are very cautious about how we spend it and I want to make sure you can sit back and honestly say that this was worth it down to each penny! I named this company Destiny Cleaning because it's my DESTINY to come in contact with each and every one of you and those that I have thus far since the beginning.
I love making people happy. I love walking out of a house smiling because you couldn't have been happier with the results of my visit(s). I look forward to meeting new people, and I have many customers that I cannot wait to see each week or month. We form bonds over time with customers like that and ultimately become family. I spend more time with you guys then I spend with myself! Ha ha! Seriously the best part about this is you guys. I do this solely because I wanted to stand apart from the 100s of other companies and be the one that didn't care about how many jobs I had in a month, reviews I could get on my profile or how much money I could make in short period(s) of time.

Excellent job!! Extremely thorough and detail oriented. Great attitude, effective communicator and terrific follow through. Jessica showed up at the last minute and made adjustments to her schedule...We greatly appreciate the move--out cleaning, great quote, and we will certainly refer!!

Jessica was on time and she did an excellent job. She went above and beyond what she told me she would do. She worked every minute she was there. The house was not only spotless it smelled fantastic. I can't wait until she comes back to clean again. Great personality.

Great girl. Came out with short notice on time and organized due to me leaving in the morning to go out of town she washed liens and even packed for me. She did excellent on the stove which I can never get clean like she did. Very detailed and completed each tasked I pointed out. Will defiantly hire and recommend again. Thks Jess!

I hired Jessica for weekly service on my home. Its a 4 bedroom 3 bath house. I originally wanted just the usuals. Vacuuming dusting you know. She came and looked at my home, was very kind and listened to the things I suggested and wanted to focus on. My "key points". We agreed on the day of the week she would come out and negotiated the price an which she was really for it being affordable for myself as I am a single father. She provides her own cleaners which helps alot. I have 2 cleaners I asked for her use of. She brought them the day of our service! She is fast and offered to clean the carpet downstairs for a extra 10$ which was great. She is very kind. Arrived on time, and made suggestions for the organization of my closets and daughters room. I would defiantly rate her a 10 out of 10. She keeps me updated on our upcoming service and gives me receipts after each cleaning. Very professional and I would recommend her to my family and friends! Thanks again Jess and I look forward to continuing our services!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that in this day and age, we work hard for our money. We want to spend it wisely and I want you to be able to sit back and not worry weather or not this service is worth what you spend but know it is worth it down to every penny! I work hard to make sure you don't have to work harder then what you are already! I want my customers to relax and sit back. I try to give FAIR and reasonable quotes and prices. I also try to get you more for your money and have categories for each service so you know what your getting exactly. I try to do as much as I possibly can for each service. I also will take special requests for odd jobs. Ex: Painting, washing your dog, unclogging drains. You name it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first get your name, and phone numbers or emails. Which ever is more convenient for you. I get a initial idea of what you need done to figure out which service will suit you the best and we then discuss your budget. Once we set a "idea" price I set a time to come out. I tell my customers that I prefer to come out and clean the day of the quote that way I don't make more then one trip, you don't have to wait on service and I can get a good look at everything and get a for sure price set. Then the rest is self explanatory.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8-9 years of experience and training in the cleaning industry and customer service alone. I have worked for some of the top companies in this state. I am also currently going to Jefferson State for my degree in Business Administration and Management. I will be gaining up more credited courses to go to a University soon!
