- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having a standard pricing system is tough. If the job is through insurance we use software that insurance companies use so it's pretty much standard with a few exceptions on occasion. When the job is through our cleaning services or any non insurance construction, because every job is different a standard pricing system is difficult. This is why we offer free onsite estimates for all jobs we bid on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First make contact to get an understanding of the project. Next get the address to view project and agree on scope of work and pricing. Finally complete work to customers approval.
