One-on-one personal training is provided to the clients from ages 14 to 80. I design each workout to a person's goals and body type. I do recommend 3-4 times a week depending on the client's schedule. I provide a fitness evaluation in the beginning so we have a starting point. We will redo evaluations every 4-6 weeks. Each client will fill out a food diary/log so I can keep up with how he/she is eating. I will make gradual changes to a client's diet depending on his/her goals. I will also provide a cardio solution for them to do on their off days . I look forward to working with you.(show more)

What do you love about your job?
I love serving my clients. My number one goal is to help them reach their fitness goals and incorporate healthy, life-changing habits, but along the way I strive to be a good friend and their biggest supporter. That's why I'm known for taking coffee to clients at work when they tell me they're having a bad day, or for giving out gift cards at small group training classes as a Monday pick-me-up. I also love seeing clients figure out that fitness can be fun. It doesn't have to be a drag. I make workouts enjoyable and teach clients how to slip activity and fitness into their everyday lives. So very thankful to every client that has trusted me with his or her fitness journey.
What or who inspired you to start your own business?
After my 8-year gymnastics career ended I trained gymnasts, but gained 50 pounds along the way. I was on a treadmill every day for 2 hours, but the weight wouldn't budge. So frustrating! This led me to develop a nutrition plan and fitness style that was more effective than cardio. Years later, I started personal training, but I always found myself employing someone who knew nothing about a woman's body. Female clients would always be aggravated that they were spending so much money on training without seeing results. That's when I decided to go out on my own and use my personal style of exercise and experience. I'm so glad I did! I see fitness change my clients lives every day and that's why I believe in what I do and love what I do.
