- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like our customers, each job is unique. Wall heights, surface repairs and paint quality etc. all play a role in the price. To gauge the scope of the work and provide the most accurate pricing, we need to physically see your project. We work with your schedule to provide a convenient, in-home free estimate and talk through options you may not have thought of!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Once we receive your estimate request, we will call you to schedule a day and time for an estimate appointment. -During your appointment, we listen to your needs and expectations. -We enter your project details in our computer software to create your custom proposal. We'll review with you to ensure all details were understood before leaving your estimate. -This is a great time to answer questions you may have about the painting process, time-frame for scheduling and completion and, paint selections. If you haven't picked out your paint colors yet - no worries! Our estimator can provide a free, professional color consultation during our visit. -We'll follow-up within 1 - 2 weeks to check on your progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At CertaPro Painters of Hoover, training and education is an on-going process. We are continually learning about new products and processes and how to best implement them for our customers. From floor refinishing to popcorn ceiling removal, we stay abreast of the best techniques and tools available in our industry.
