He even agrees to knock and paint a section that we initially did not talk about for no additional charger. I would highly recommend him for your next painting project.

The metal poles on our carport were rusted out and not structurally sound. He replaced with lumber. He built small "pedestals" around each base which really made them look great. He caulked all the seams and knot holes. Hauled off the old poles and cleaned up everything. I will use him again on my fall projects.
