I appreciated the free, line by line estimate, which you can review, change, ask questions, improve. I would have liked a price next to each specific item, but that may be asking for a lot at the beginning of a large job. Despite having to manage material availability, sub-contractor availability, multiple jobs, the estimated overall price and the estimated time-frame range of the project quoted were found to be accurate. He allows for gradual payments throughout the project. As the project went along, he was flexible and allowed me to purchase upgrades such as additional electrical services, taller and wider tile, custom sliding door, a new vanity. By the time the project was completed, everything was cleaned out and no trash was left behind. Drew has many skills, and he has had this particular business for 16 years, and he is the one who trains his people. He tells his people what to do, goes and checks on another job, comes back and checks on the guys and makes sure they are doing quality work. If you need anything, tell Drew and he will tell his guys. He can solve any issues that arise in a professional and amicable way. He offers a warranty and he is insured. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the product I received and it's overall value. He does care about providing a product that looks good and functions well.
