- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very affordable. We also offer financing to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is talking with the customer to get an overview of the work needed. During our initial call we find out the color and style they are trying to achieve, and we then take the flooring samples to their home to let them choose. They never have to worry about going in to a store we bring the store to them. Once the customer choose the product to fit their need we order and schedule installation.

I started out in property preservation working on foreclosures and eventually found my passion in creating custom closets.
