FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. I give a quote but it may change when i get there. It usually does. Sometime it goes higher, but usually price drops some when i see the work involved. I would rather quote high and customer be happy when lower than telling customer its more when i get there. But it dont always work that way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i like to meet with them and get a better understanding of their exact needs before i start any work. Always best to make sure we are all on the same page. Make sure the price quoted is accurate, sometimes the price changes once we get to the job site. I have had the customer need extra work done or not need as much work done as he thought. If i can save you money i will.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always doing research of new materials or parts. And im constantly changing with the flow of the trade. I am ASE certified on brakes and a/c on most vehicles. ACE certified for general Maintainance.
