- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job, it could range from $50 per hour or a flat rate depending on services provided. If I am providing services for more than a month, we can discuss discount options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to connect by text, email, or face to face introduction. It will give me to opportunity to meet with client find out exactly what they need done and get an understanding of what is required of both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field for 20+ years, I have obtained skills and all needed equipment to do my job professionally and accurately. I guarantee top notch performance and would expect the same from my clients.
