FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we talk to you and determine your roofing needs, an experienced project manager will schedule a time to meet with you. At this time, the contractor will get up on the roof to measure and check for damage. If there is wind or hail damage, you may have a homeowners claim. We utilize technology now that allows us to do this without climbing up on the roof at times, which is convenient for property owners that reside out of state, or those with busy schedules. Your Project Manager will work with you through the entire process --- before installation, during installation, and after. EZ Roof will provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate and a professional recommended course of action. Your project manager will walk you through your options, and answer any questions you may have. If you choose to accept this estimate, we will proceed to schedule a contract-signing, where we will go more in-depth about your project, including selecting roofing materials and colors.
