FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many times we work directly with insurance companies and we use the same exact pricing they use to process the claims on the jobs. There should never be a large gap in pricing if the adjuster has worked up the claim properly. It is important to note that they are very busy and they are human so we work with them to make sure your claim is fully covered and the pricing is fair. All of our jobs come with a workmanship warranty which is very important. I would not recommend using a company that doesn't warranty their labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to meet with them and find out where they are experiencing problems and make sure we have the solution they are looking for that will fit their needs. Once we have determined that we have the right solutions, I walk them through the process and help them make decisions that will get them a quality product at a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through extensive training with many of the manufacturers with regards to their products and have been educated on the various roofing systems both commercial and residential.
