Our pricing is competitive and transparent with no hidden fees. We offer discounts for military, first responders, and repeat clients. Pricing varies based on the size, age, and type of property. Additional services such as workshops, pools, or detached structures may have separate fees, which are always quoted upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick conversation to understand your needs and timeline. You can book online or by phone. Once scheduled, we conduct a thorough inspection, then provide a detailed digital report—often the same day. We also make ourselves available for any follow-up questions or clarifications
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are InterNACHI certified home inspectors and regularly complete continuing education in residential systems, roofing, structure, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
