- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now I’m doing an elderly service promo discount. Which is if elder than the age of 60 and their concern or issues is something of an emergency as in without immediate repair it’ll being great discomfort and/or God forbid worse. Then I’ll do the repair, installation, improvement free of charge they’ll only need to pay for materials!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival I listen to all requests, concerns, and I ask a volume of questions for better understanding of what my customers are asking. I believe establishing a proper level of communication is key for both parties!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve have personal experience, as well as I’ve worked for several contractors. Which 3 are my mentors currently and they are always so helpful from advice and knowledge to giving me materials that’s hard to come by, even equipment that are just out of my budget range for now.
