They texted a picture of my technician and called as they were headed our way.Wasnt urgent, but they came by fast. Sam Harper was our technician and he was polite, friendly and informative. We had a clean out that was overflowing in the yard. He recommended a Hydrojet service which was roughly $699 and a flat rate. Seemed like a fair price based on my google searches. Cleared the clog and warranty up to 3 months of service. Also replaced the clean out cap with a new one that actually works vs the old one that was on there.Customer service was excellent and payment was easy online.Overall process was easy and timely.Would recommend for service"See more

He came straight over and he had the problem diagnosed and agreed on the solution. He sourced a new tankless hwh and I left for to go run errands. When I can home my old hwh was sitting on the driveway and the new one was installed all in the same day! I have since used them for many other jobs large and small since then over several years. He is honest and very reasonable."See more
