- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40 minimum charge for coming on-site, but this goes towards the cost of the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to provide the best solution possible. To do that I ask questions to get an idea of what the customer needs from the computer and base my repair suggestion on how well it fills that role.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Computer Information Systems and have been working in IT for over 10 years. I currently work as a Cyber Security Analyst and have several certifications. I currently hold the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux+, and the LPIC-1 Linux Certified Administrator certification.
