I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They mounted my TV and fireplace flawlessly, paying attention to detail and making sure everything was perfectly aligned and secure.

I had no issues booking my appointment and they even came a little early. They mounted my tv, hung some high curtain rods and put together a chair for my toddler in about 1.5 hours. Super professional, polite and efficient. I would refer to friends and family.

I have used absolutely assembly many times. Nick’s work have always been great. However these last two times there has been a complete lack of
communication. He was supposed to come complete a job for me on Friday he never showed and I had to reach out to him to find out where he was and why he was not coming. He told what the problem was and I said ok fine. Therefore I expected him to be there first thing in the morning but no. I waited all day with no call. Se or any communication.
Second time nick installed some patio lights. I was working and my daughter was home. When completed he told her if the lights aren’t working he would come out and come and fix them. He came out attempted to fix them. He told my daughter he needed to order some a part and then he’d come back. I checked in with Nick or should I say his mother she said the part was expected Friday June 12th. Saturday June 13th no Nick and no call. I called the company number only to get his mother saying they over booked. I expressed how disappointed I was because I’ve been a good repeat customer. She said she told Nick to call me directly and he never did. Today June 16th I texted and never got a reply. I called and his mother said he was working somewhere where there was poor service. He never called back and she never called back at this point I’m assuming he’s not coming back to repair my patio lights. Be aware when you hire this young man he might show and he might not. One thing for sure you will not have any communication from him his company.
