We needed a deep cleaning at our elderly mother's house because it hadn't been cleaned in several months, and Merlin and her staff did a great job. I know it compared to the previous cleaning job done by someone else. The old dirt on the baseboards and dog fur under the couch that the former maid missed were finally gone. The only issue was that the three maids didn't speak much English and my mother got confused, but it wasn't a huge deal.

I booked deep cleaning that I was completely dissatisfied with the initial clean with the first 2 ladies but I called owner who immediately sent 2 new ladies to do a re-clean who did an awesome job

Merlin's Maids did an exceptional job on my home. Not only were they thorough, but they were well equipped and timely. Four maids made it a very efficient effort. They did many tasks I had not mentioned, which actually pleasantly surprised me. I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're almost never the cheapest option in the area, but our heavily-vetted cleaners, satisfaction guarantee, and easy scheduling interface make Merlin's Maids cleaning feel like magic!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll do a quick phone call to understand the size and state of the house, then we can generate a quote and schedule. Our cleaners show up on time, work hard, and will complete a walkthrough afterwards to ensure customer satisfaction. If anything was overlooked, the crew will handle it then and there, otherwise, we'll send them back for free. Customers pay for a clean house, and we'll make sure they get it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a high school teacher for almost a decade. I taught logic, rhetoric, medieval history and literature, and senior thesis. The skills I acquired as a teacher help me stay very clear and organized with my teams and operations, and a good communicator both to our cleaning crews and customers.
