FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I am a people person who will only be done when the customer is completely satisfied. That's the only reason I do this. I work with you as little or as long a time it takes for the customer to be completely satisfied. Instead of providing an inflated estimate I find an hourly rate ($45) helps my customers budget effeciently to best meet their objectives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with an in person consultation. An in home visit follows to provide me sufficient information to develop a floor plan, color scheme, accessories, etc to review with the customer. At that point we can agree on a plan to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Interior Design training at UAH and Intetior Design Training and Certification from Bassett in addition to years of OJT provide my technical underpinnings of what is really a people business.
