- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and transparent pricing. I do not have the high overhead of a big franchise so I can pass those savings on to you. My quotes are straightforward with no hidden fees or surprise costs. I am happy to offer a discount for recurring weekly or biweekly service as it helps me keep your lawn looking its best all year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation so I can understand your specific needs. I will usually take a look at the property to give you an accurate and honest estimate. Once we agree on a plan I show up on time and do the work with a focus on the details. I make sure the driveway and sidewalks are blown clean. I do not consider the job done until you are happy with how the yard looks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands on experience working in the field. I have learned exactly how to handle different grass types and seasonal changes plus the right equipment for every job. I stay updated on the best practices for lawn health so that I am not just cutting your grass but helping your yard stay healthy and green.
