Lance was wonderful! He encouraged me and helped me tone my muscles. He watched to see when I needed to rest and created stretch workouts for those days. He trains all kinds of people of all ages— he’s the real deal! I was very fortunate to train with him. Thanks for everything!

Lance has been awesome with my mom. She was on hospice for over 6 months when she started sessions with him to gain her strength back. She was unable to meet the criteria to be released to home Healthcare. Lance worked with her three days a week initially and now four days a week. She is now off hospice and doing well on home health. The goal is to give my almost 80 year old mother back some of her independence. She looks forward to Lance's visits and she is noticeably stronger. She would not be where she is today without his help. He saved her life. Lance has great energy and enthusiasm and it shows in his treatment of his clients. Highly recommend him. Words cannot express my gratitude for the care he has shown my mother.
