Introduction: I have owned properties from Lake Oswego, Oregon, to Boston, Massachusetts. To each, I personally designed and crafted home and property changes to provide better living in the style I wanted. I made all these improvements within the existing home footprint. I am able to maximize space in older homes and increase space in newer homes with simple yet effective remodeling ideas. I can show you various options for bringing in more light, and/or providing more shade and the benefits of removing or opening up walls, changing kitchen design, and increasing outdoor living spaces with beautifully designed partially covered decks or terraces. I have performed these changes to my own homes, and I can do the same for your own. If the job is the right size, I will do it myself. If it's too big for just me, I shall act as your on-site working general contractor and supervise the highest skilled trades the area has to offer.
