Jeremy came within 45 minutes of me calling about a complete blockage. He was able to get it cleaned out with ease and was very sanitary, being sure to wear booties while walking through my home and even cleaned up the small mess! He was very honest, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Customer service seemed to be very important to him.
