- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re located in Mobile, Al. Any location 10 miles or more will include a travel fee. Our standard rates are: 2movers $120/hr , 3 movers $150/hr, and 4 movers $225/hr. We have a 3 hour minimum for all jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting more information on your upcoming move a detailed invoice will be sent to you. Customers will need to provide their email, Load address, and unload address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Crew members have been trained on furniture protection, customer service, and dolly training. All Drivers are background checked and DOT trained.
