I've been in business for 40 plus years. My dad started this business in 1965. He passed away and left it in good hands. I take pride in what I do. I treat every customer as a friend. I'm honest, dependable, friendly, respectable, and have good manners. Customer satisfaction is a guarantee. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get an understanding on the work the customer wants done. I then go back over it and explain to the customer the details of what I would do. I provide them with a quote. If they hire me for the job, I then provide them with a contract of the work which we both agreed to and let them know a start date and an approximate end date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 40+ years of experience and during that time I've learned a lot!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad started the Oliver and Son business over 40 years ago. The days I was free and wasn't in school I worked with him. When I finished school I went at it full time.
