- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer provides the details of the move (distance & items/# of rooms), we give them the option to choose either our economy, premium or first class moving package. We arrive at the location, go over the terms of the relocation, sign & issue the receipts, & get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 4 man team has a combined total of 13 years of professional moving experience. Our truck driver has an extensive range of driving experience, up to LHS truck driving for the US Army. Our movers have hands on experience with various kinds of relocations as well. They have coordinated or worked on relocations as far as 1,500 miles, moved items as heavy as pool tables, vending machines & safes, and are experienced with difficult terrains, stairs & hills.
