He got my 2020 Tacoma looking brand new on a Sunday just before family arrived. Inside and out. The rims really stood out to me, because I have tried to clean those before and it did not go well, but he got it. Interior was very clean and smelled great when he finished.

This was the worst cleaning service I’ve ever experienced in my life. My apartment actually felt dirtier once he ‘finished’. Idk where to even begin.

He required a $20 deposit to secure our booking to ‘protect his time and schedule’ and then he showed up 3 hours late, with no apology.

He brought a random assortment of unlabeled cleaning supplies which I can only assume were a homemade concoction by the way they ‘cleaned’. The toilet scrubber he brought - the container it was in was covered in feces. The dustpan had the thickest coat of grime I’ve ever seen. He brought TWO total rags - to clean a 2 bedroom apartment. I use 5-6 rags to clean one bathroom.

He was here for two hours and didn’t even finish my master bathroom - the mirrors looked worse when he left than they did before - seriously I had to clean them like 3 times before whatever cleaning product he used came off.

I’m not sure what skills the guy actually has but they do NOT include cleaning a house. We shouldn’t have paid him anything.
