At Southern Make Ready Group, LLC, we believe in transparent, competitive pricing. Our rates are based on property size, condition, cleaning requirements, and any additional services requested. We specialize in move-in/move-out cleaning, rental property turnovers, and post-construction cleaning. Each quote is tailored to the property so you know what to expect before work begins. Cleaning supplies are included in our pricing. Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup, specialty cleaning, or services outside the original scope. Any additional costs will be discussed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been approved for commercial clients. We also offer customized pricing opportunities for property managers and clients with ongoing turnover needs.

After reviewing the details, we provide a customized quote outlining the services included. Once approved, we schedule your cleaning, confirm property access, and complete the agreed-upon services with attention to detail. Our goal is to provide dependable communication, thorough cleaning, and a property that's ready to welcome its next occupants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring hands-on experience in move-out and property turnover cleaning dating back to 2017, including experience owning and operating a cleaning company. My background has given me firsthand knowledge of the attention to detail, organization, and cleaning standards needed to prepare properties for their next occupants.
