- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all prices include paint, labor and materials. all prices are just an estimate and would change after an appointment has been met and thought through. painting projects are typically priced by the Square Foot. most handyman projects are priced by the hour + material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
in home consulting, first time customer discounts, free estimates we set up an appointment to converse about the project. next we will go through all the stuff that the customer has in mine for there projects. there we go through the process of drawing up contracts and getting signatures. keep in mind that the contract is typically for the customer to ensure that the work will be done right and on time. a deposit will be made the day of signing and that deposit is used to buy material only. most contracts are drawn up with payments to be made by thirds. finally we would discuss on the start time and finish date
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 months at Wiregrass Tech College in Valdosta GA studied IMT. Other than that I have just been working since I was a young teenager .
