Discuss the issues at hand, thoughts on a solution, and any other areas the person needs help with. If it’s not something I can help with immediately, I can try to offer other ways to improve the situation.

I have a degree in Computer Aided Design and Computer Science. I also have formal, professional training and certificates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with technology as a child, with my father, nearly 20 years ago.
