Also our prices are generally lower than most in this area! My husband has over 14 years experience . Warranties on our work is included .
When we say we offer discounts , we mean we be will not over price. Our job is to also help you in your projects at your home but to come to price everyone is happy with and that’s within your budget.
We our licensed within the State as limited Residential remodeling under 50K
Meaning we are able to do anything residential just not able to do new builds or adding on to a homes structure unless it’s something with a garage or attic that needs to be made into a room is ok and adding decks and etc are ok and allowed as well.
We haven’t been on thumbtack in a while because we started doing really well with word of mouth and building clientele but we took a little break from the business for family so we are just getting back out there and looking for new jobs and families to help out ! We have relocated from Bella vista to Springdale ! But still serve All if NWA and even some parts of SW Missouri !
Also normally we didn’t charge for estimates , with gas and fuel being so much higher if your home is a far distance to come out for a bid we may charge a small fee but will waive the fee if hired for the Job. I myself personally have experience in cleaning homes either lived in or move out/in cleans for property management companies and personal renters so that’s also newly added to our list of things to do :)
