He is amazingly patient, caring and kind. He never shows any frustration when things go wrong.
He is extremely polite and respectful.
He is so careful not to make a mess.
He doesn't lay his tools on your furniture.
Bottom line, Eric is a "10" on a scale of 1 to 5. And his price was amazingly affordable! In fact is was less than HALF the amount quoted by others!
