- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent. No hidden fees. Everything is upfront and itemized for the clients review.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I follow up with the lead, ask the customer what services they are looking for, provide them with an estimate, if they like it I go ahead and confirm a booking date, then I put it in my calendar, follow up the day before, and provide A+ services that leave our clients happy and with peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working on obtaining my Associates degree in Business Management & Administration. I also have 10+ years experience in the moving industry.
