Hey! I’m Rachel, and I am a certified spiritual, life, and mental wellness coach. I've worked in mental health and ministry for several years and am just getting my own endeavors off the ground with my coaching business, Rachel Shepherd LLC. I'm looking to get some folks booked for free consultations and hit the ground running. I am offering spiritually informed life and mental wellness coaching geared towards individuals who identify as helpers, healers, leaders, and companions of all kinds for the sake of supporting you in your work of serving others from a place of personal wellness. My ideal clients are those navigating challenges related to clarifying life's purpose and identity, coping with compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome, self-sabotage and burnout, balancing work and personal life, cultivating emotional resilience and self-awareness, navigating spiritual and emotional blocks of all kinds and more. I also have years of experience working with kids, youth and young adults in the mental health field with positive behavior changes and life and social skills building. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages.
