FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Potential clients should know that you are paying for experience and knowledge so that the project is done right the first time and you will be happy with the results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a designer, I recognize that the customer is the one person who knows the project expectations. It is important to me to meet with the client beforehand and ask a lot of questions because it is my job to translate your vision into a finished product. That means turning an idea into a reality. Sometimes in that process, limitations occur, whether they are technology, legal or physical related, and it is my job to inform, educate and assist you in making the best, safest and most economical decision for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing general and specialty contracting for most of my life and have a degree in design. I am a woodworker and carpenter with training in electronics, electricity, audio-visual and smart home systems.
