- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give the customer a call and talk to them a bit, get an idea of the work needing to be done. I like to also come by and look at the job to get a better idea of what the process will be to get the job done
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with my dad years ago, and when I moved up NWA, I worked finish carpentry for years and got much needed detail-oriented experience
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Not really a big job by any means, but I had to raise two 12' barn doors 2 feet and make the opening bigger, along with adding on to the bottom of the doors. The customer needed it done for his RV to be able to fit. Not only did it get done right, but much faster than I anticipated
