What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing, I feel, is fair. I have a background of working with other bigger companies that my have way higher quotes on projects. You can have the same results for less with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just making sure that the customer and I are on the same page with everything and anything that will be taking place when starting the job. Also, to make sure the customer is satisfied with their service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started about 15 years ago as a helper for my father-in-law. I picked up a brush every so often until I was trusted enough to get some action in and put in some of my work. I love it and would not change it.
