I was told by Mr. Farwell on the phone that I would pay $69 per hour plus a trip charge for the work. I was actually charged $69 for the hour including the trip, $35 equipment charge and $35 for the ten minutes to go to my house and write a check because the plumber wanted to be paid on the spot. In short, $138.50 for forty minutes work. I paid charges I had not agreed to because I was alone and he was intimidating. I then called Mr Farwell and he did not return my call.
