- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) When a new customer requests a quote I'll have them send me their address and which services they're interested in. 2) Once I have that information I lookup the customer's property online. Using a combination of street view and satellite imagery, I take a few quick measurements. I then generate a quote and send it to 3) Once the customer accepts the quote I will schedule them on a day and time that works for us both. I usually arrive at 9:30am.
