I wanted to powerwash a smaller area and everyone quoted almost 5 times of what he did. He also took care of the patio well and also cleaned the ceilings which I never mentioned to him. Highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices include all taxes and fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) When a new customer requests a quote I'll have them send me their address and which services they're interested in.
2) Once I have that information I lookup the customer's property online. Using a combination of street view and satellite imagery, I take a few quick measurements. I then generate a quote and send it to
3) Once the customer accepts the quote I will schedule them on a day and time that works for us both. I usually arrive at 9:30am. I ************************ the day before the appointment. I also ******************************, when I've started work, as well as when I've completed the job.
