This dude totally transformed the room we wanted renovated, work is exceptional and does stay within budget, we can’t praise his work enough and he cleaned up like he was never there when he finished. He communicated through the whole thing and was completely awesome. I plan on having him do our next project, this time I won’t even get estimates from anyone else, we will just wait for him.

Espinoza’s construction did an excellent job removing my old popcorn and wallpaper and applying texture on all my walls. They also installed lights in my living room. It looks amazing!
