This place is not what it sounds like on the radio. It is dirty, dark and ther was feces all over the floor in the front and they do not let all dogs roam freely during the day in the so called play room(grooming area). I took my 3 dogs during Christmas and I will not ever take them back. First they are located in downtown Ft. Smith in a run down building, second they do not follow any instructions that you leave for your animals. I had sent medicine for an ear infection that had to be applied daily( was'nt done at all). I had sent dog biscuts so my dogs would like the people they didn't give any to them so guess what one of my dogs ran away when she was let out(she came back when the other 2 had to go back inside so the people could chase her down). I am not sure how this was possible since they had a stockade fence surrounding the back area( Oh wait that was rotted). The dogs had feces all over there fur and I am certain they were not let out like I was told because they used the restroom in the house after they came home(the youngest dog is 3 and the oldest is 8 so they have been house broke for years)which means they used it in the kennel. My husband even said this place was awful and he is'nt all that crazy about my dogs. I rated a star because they did have a 10X10 area to stay in while they were there but that is the only good thing about this place and I should have checked it out before taking them there(lesson well learned). If you love or even care about your pets do not take them to this place not even to groom I watched the lady do this and she was not very kind to the dog. Website pictures are old because this place does not look like that anymore!!!!
