I needed to extend my home wifi coverage. Our existing system did not even have the range to supply signal to all of the interior home. I had added on a four car garage with an upstairs apartment a couple of years ago. It was connected to you house by a breeze way about 30 feet in length. We wanted wifi signal there as well as around our poolside. I had received previous estimates that were quite high & had very complicated designs, then a friend suggested I call David Kelly. I was very impressed by the quick response. He came to my home, listened to my needs & then put together a plan & an estimated price. His plan was much simpler & much less expensive. He ordered necessary hardware & returned 5 days later to install & setup the system. In the end we had signal beyond the requested range & in 2 bandwidths providing optimal coverage for all locations. David has always been a gentleman, polite in every way & extremely knowledgeable in all facets of computer/internet/wireless technology. I recommend David Kelly without reservation to anyone needing in home tech work. He has extensive experience in commercial applications as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic pricing ranges $34 to $136 for most repairs on laptops and desktop PC's. We just need to see what all is wrong with your computer, to give you the best estimate. Police, Fireman, Military get 10% discount on everything, parts and labor. We offer totally Free Estimates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer and ask questions if needed. I usually perform a diagnosis of any problems first, and then let the customer know exactly what it will cost BEFORE I do any work. If I get the job, I will keep the customer updated through the process. With no hidden charges or fees. Honesty is the best policy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years hands-on experience. I was an INTEL IPD member over 8 years, I have taken Industrial Tech for three years, and I was a Product Support Engineer for nVidia over 5 years. I have custom built over 1000+ computers for clients all over the U.S. (As of 2005), and I stay tuned into latest technologies and professional techniques so I can offer my customers the best bang for their money.
