Our heat went out last night and it was freezing! We recently moved into our home and was not aware of where everything was so at 8-9pm I sent a request knowing the next day (today) was xmas eve and not expecting a response. Not only did I get a response, he called in the morning asking if someone could come out in ~2 hrs. I was shocked and he guy came out, showed my husband what was going on and it was a simple fix. With the hefty price tag, it comes w/ a 60 day assurance that if it happens again they will come out. I appreciated the house call on such a short notice and will use them again.
