- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a Ski bum in Aspen 23 years ago and the City of Aspen asked me if I wanted to work for the City and learn computers? I said " It is probably warmer inside that making snow on the Mountain and working for The Aspen Ski Co.

We are a Computer consulting service for Apple (Mac) and windows (PC) that specializes in On site service. Our Technicians are (A+ certified) for windows (PC) and Apple Certified technicians for (Macintosh). The minute Our technicians arrive at your Home or Office. They walk in and introduce who they are and ask you the customer for about 15 to 20 minutes ( free - no charge)to ask you a few questions and try to get to know you! During this free of Charge 20 minute Chat session our technicians will ask you simple questions like? What type of Computer do you have? Apple (Mac) or Windows (PC) What type of Operating System are you running and the software you have installed on it? Do you have Anti-Virus, Spyware, and backup software? What problem or problems are you experiencing now or have you scheduled me for another task? You just pick up the phone and call Jungkind Computer's. Our goal is to get to know you the customer and take 15 to 20 minutes(free - no charge) to ask you some questions like what is wrong with your computer and how to fix it before I sit down and start diagnostics.
