- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IN-HOME TRAINING SESSIONS- $25-50/SESSION You can get the same great results working out in the privacy and comfort of your home as you can by training at a local fitness center. A little floor space is all you need. I will show up with the equipment and the enthusiasm to get you a great workout! Training sessions typically last an hour. Pricing depends on frequency and proximity. CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLANS- $175 Failing to plan is planning to fail. So, let's set you on the road to long-term fitness success! Not everyone can afford to meet with a trainer 3-4 days a week. For these people there are workout plans. These plans include 1-1.5 hour fitness assessment, a customized strength training & stretching plan, a cardiovascular training guide and 1 personal training session to go over your plan. Plans usually take 3-4 days to create. After using a workout plan for a few months you decide you also want to add a few more one on one sessions, you will get those at a discounted price. CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT & NUTRITION PLAN WITH ONLINE COACHING- $250 These plans include 1-1.5 hour fitness assessment, a customized strength training & stretching plan, a cardiovascular training guide and 1 personal training session to go over your plan. This plan also comes with (4) online coaching sessions. In these sessions we will: review your food journal, review workout logs, nutritional counseling, address any questions/concerns, examine your form on most common exercise movements, and make any adjustments to your plan. Online Coaching Sessions typically last 45-50 minutes. Plans usually take 3-4 days to create. ONLINE COACHING SESSIONS- $20-30/SESSION Have a general idea of what you're trying to do, but just want to get a second opinion? Then online coaching could be for you. In these sessions we will: review your food journal, review workout logs, nutritional counseling, address any questions/concerns, examine your form on most common exercise movements, etc... Online Coaching Sessions typically last 45-50 minutes. ONLINE COACHING & PERSONAL TRAINING BUNDLE- $25-50/SESSION This is perfect for someone that travels a lot with their job. Instead of having a 2 week break between personal training sessions and losing focus, you can connect online with me to keep you motivated and engaged and to give you workouts you can do right at your hotel! Pricing depends on frequency and proximity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts with a personality questionnaire and a fitness assessment. I do these two things to understand where you are physically, and figure out who you are as a person. I need to know about you in these areas so that I can give you the best experience possible! I do not treat everyone the same when it comes to training. We all have different goals, strengths, limitations, hobbies, and preferences. And we all respond differently to adversity. With some clients I hold their hand and take it slow. Some clients I push really hard and yell a lot. In order for me to get the most of you while you're having the most fun possible, I need to know who you are. Knowing this I will be able to customize everything to suit your needs. Once this is done, we will set goals and then we will get moving!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been involved with health and fitness for over 16 years. I got started when I competed in the Body-for-Life competition in 2002. I earned my first personal trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise in 2007. I graduated with my BS in Health & Exercise Sciences in 2013. And in April of 2018 I earned my Certified Personal Trainer Certification with International Sports Sciences Association.
